How much notice do I need to give?

Cookies and Cupcakes: The more the better but at least 7-14 days

Got a rush order?  Head to our order form and submit an order we will do our best to accommodate you if we can.

Cakes:

We require a 1 month minimum notice for celebration cakes, BUT if possible longer for Wedding Cakes as they both require a lot of preparation and pre planning. Please submit an enquiry as soon as you can to secure your time!

How do I place an order?

Head to the order page and fill in the required fields, we will be back in contact within
48 business hours with a quote. It’s important you use the order form so we have as much information as possible to best assist you. Please note weekends are our busiest time we will reply to all emails Monday – Friday – if the matter is urgent please call us

Can I collect my order?

Yes you sure can! From our location in Newcomb, 3219. We operate from home, which has a certified kitchen from COGG, so are flexible with pick up times.

We are not responsible for any damage to goods once they leave our premises.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not at this stage, but contact us if you are interested and we can chat

How long do your cookies last:

They won’t last long trust us everyone will eat them…. Ok if you really need to know!
- Fondant cookies = 6-10 Weeks
- Loaded cookies = 5 Weeks if stored in a airtight container

Can I hire a cupcake or cake stand from you?  

We do have a small range of stands on offer, but we recommend if you want something special you enquire with an external hire company or else your venue. We ask for a refundable deposit of $100 to secure the stand then once you return it as you received it we will refund the amount back in full. Stand hire is $30.00 (so $130 with $100 refunded)

Do you offer Gluten free/ Dairy Free/ Vegan options :

NO sorry our kitchen is not certified for Allergies.

Do you post your cookies

Yes we post both our sugar cookies and our loaded cookies. 

How do I transport my cake?

The best place for your cake is on the passenger seat floor, it’s flat and cool. Please drive with the aircon on in warmer months!

All of our treats are baked in a kitchen that comes into contact with allergens including gluten, wheat, dairy, all types of nuts and eggs, Please be aware whilst we do our best to avoid, cross contamination could occur.
